Negotiation

You must have completed our TGS Sales Level One course before you can participate in this Level 2 course.

The overall objective of this session is to instruct TGS Members on how to effectively negotiate with clients. The full programme is designed to help your team with Negotiation process with a mix of presentation and negotiation tasks

Session 1

Introduction to Negotiation

  • This session will explain what Negotiation is and how we can adapt our skills to become better negotiators
  • We will start with a simple negotiation task, with 2 teams negotiating with each other, this task will bring out all the usual negotiation mistakes and identify some of the habits that have been formed around negotiation
  • The task is known as the Land and Sea Game
