You must have completed our TGS Sales Level One course before you can participate in this Level 2 course.

The overall objective of this session is to instruct TGS Members on how to effectively negotiate with clients. The full programme is designed to help your team with Negotiation process with a mix of presentation and negotiation tasks

Power in a Negotiation

  • This session uses a model known as The Cursors of Power© which will help people prepare for a negotiation
  • The model will enable people to prepare for a client quote, or negotiation with a clear understanding of where the power lies and how to use it
