Heather spent 12 years working for legal and accounting firms (KPMG, Osborne Clarke, DAC Beachcroft), before a 5 year stint managing a charity, which radically changed her outlook. Beesting Digital was born as a powerful marriage of both worlds: profit and purpose; an agency that works with some of the world’s biggest firms, and also uses 20% of its profits to manage its own hands-on charitable work with isolated older people. Heather has a strong belief that businesses can be kind without losing commercial credibility. She is actively building a truly accessible, inclusive and positive culture, speaking openly about her own anxiety disorder to try and dispel stigma. Beesting is a small-but-mighty content strategy agency, specialising in working with legal, financial and tech companies all over the world, including Unilever, Starling Bank, Mitsubishi, DLA Piper, Clyde & Co. and of course, TGS.
