At TGS, we are working towards the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. As an international organization, we think in terms of global sustainability across all our member firms around the globe. The SDGs are woven into our core business strategies and we have launched sustainable projects and introduced targets across our network.

Our efforts are not limited to the organisational level or to the workplace. This is why we are launching the #tgsmademedosomething campaign to support any and all employees interested in making our planet a better place for all of us to live.

We are also tracking progress on this campaign in our annual Communication on Progress for the UNGC. Our ambitious target for 2020 is to have undertaken 3,500 actions. This is equivalent to one #tgsmademedosomething action per employee in our network.

We encourage you to start doing something to help achieve the 17 global goals in your daily life. It doesn’t matter if it is something small, like reducing the amount of meat you eat or cycling to work. Small changes such as these might feel insignificant but with 7 billion people around the globe, they can quickly add up to a very big difference.

Keep an eye on our LinkedIn page, as we will be posting examples of actions that you can take for every Sustainable Development Goal. We will focus on things you can do that are easy but have a significant impact.
