Hernán Vasquez Alzamora
TGS Sarrio & Asociados, audit, tax, advisory and outsourcing firm with more than 40 years in the Peruvian market, is adding a new member with great consulting experience to its team.
Hernán Vásquez Alzamora is a graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú with a Master’s degree in legal, accounting, finance and leadership. Hernán has more than 25 years of experience in legal consulting and leading legal and compliance areas in multiple organizations across the corporate sector.
Why and how did you decide to work with TGS Sarrio?
After 30 years of experience working in with national and international companies as well as the public sector, I have decided to assume a new challenge for my career, working in TGS Sarrio & Asociados. In my new roll, as Tax and Legal Director I will be able to continue to advise with clear, sharp and innovative ideas to our clients and an excellent work environment, in a company that has a clear vision and value and has their workers as one of their priorities in their sustainability plan.
What do you expect to achieve for TGS Sarrio in the next 5 years?
In five years, I see myself as partner. In these years I would have contributed to the company in the different ways, guaranteeing client satisfaction, therefore retaining our clients but also bringing new clients, in consequence increasing the company’s annual revenue.
Now that I am part of the TGS family I will be able to learn more about the network and contribute as much as possible and this will be a powerful tool in helping me achieve my goals.

What’s your perspective on Sustainability both globally and locally in Tax and Legal issues?
Sustainability is about how business is conducted every day by each worker of the company. It is about how we view and conduct business, how we treat our clients, being ethical, always taking care of our and the client’s corporate governance and doing everything with transparency and always bringing new and innovative solutions that are with the law and follow the best standards.
What is you opinion on the TGS network?
I believe that TGS throughout the years has been able to adequate the best way to offer the excellent service that the name offers and gather the ideal professionals of each location. That is only possible if you consider the know-how of each franchisor into account making the company different to its competitors.
How do you intend to use the TGS network to help achieve your goals?
Having the TGS network available is a great opportunity for peer learning. Definitely it is something I will put in practice; sharing with my colleges is something that enriches your know-how and experience. Therefore, actively participating in meetings to see worldwide experiences, different sides of opinions, and being able to put in practice what is being shared will be a powerful tool in helping me achieve my goals.
