NGOIE & PARTNERS LAW-FIRM operates throughout the country and the head office is in Lubumbashi, the second largest city of the Democratic Republic of Congo and business center of the Mining Region of Katanga in the south-east of the country. NGOIE & PARTNERS LAW-FIRM also have representation in Kinshasa, the capital.

NGOIE & PARTNERS LAW-FIRM is a business law firm founded in 2017 on the initiative of Emmanuel NGOIE KAZADI  and Ardan KABONGO KABIMBA, both court lawyers who provide quality legal services adapted to the specific needs of each client and in accordance with professional ethics and the law.

The goal pursued by the founders was to establish a multidisciplinary legal firm made up of business lawyers and competent resource persons available to a customer base looking for international legal support.
Thus, the firm assists or represents actors in economic life (Multinationals, SMEs, independent entrepreneurs and persons governed by public law), Congolese and foreigners, in all stages of the development of their activities: advice, contract, negotiations, dispute resolution by judicial or extrajudicial actions.
