TGS Romania and Rosca Law Office partnership provides high-quality legal services

TGS Romania is developing with a personalized legal consulting division
TGS Romania develops its portfolio of services offered to clients with a new arm, that of legal advice, through a partnership with Rosca Law Office. TGS Romania, a company founded in 2019, continues to expand services offered to clients with excellent legal consulting, through the recent partnership with the law firm Roșca Law Office. The new division is affiliated with TGS and will be called TGS Romania Rosca Law Office.
Previously operating under the name “Rosca Law Office”, this new member of the TGS is an office of excellence in law with over 15 years of experience in the Romanian market. TGS Romania Rosca Law Office will be led and coordinated by Alina Rosca, a lawyer by profession.
Double-licensed in Law in both Romania and England, Alina Rosca practiced law at one of the strongest law firms in London, Clifford Chance in the City of London, where she worked with clients and in cases of great complexity which trained her professionally at the highest level. Upon returning to Romania, Alina Rosca used her know-how with teams to work with international companies, later deciding to launch her own office to specialize in property law, intellectual property law, and property management.

The areas that I have constantly focused on are those in which Romania needs know-how but does not yet have a coherent history or legislation."
Alina Rosca
In the last 15 years, Alina Rosca has built and consolidated a team that responds to the complex needs of her clients, in a formula focused on the exhaustive and customized resolution of her client issues. TGS Romania Rosca Law Office works in pioneering areas of law that are almost non-existent in Romania, such as the management and security of personal assets.
As a new partner within TGS Romania, Alina Rosca will dedicate herself to personalized legal consulting services in Labor Law, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, GDPR, Corporate Compliance, M&A, Corporate Financing, and Wealth management.
Christos Seferis and Alina Rosca are aiming to foster an inclusive working environment with a focus on staff development to meet client needs and expectations. They will address employee ambitions and support their firm’s growth ambitions.
