Newest Firm to Join the Global Network of Professional Services Firms
TGS, one of the world’s largest networks of professional services firms, is pleased to announce the addition of Pierre-Louis Associates, based on Baldwin, New York. PLA is the newest member to join the TGS global network of firms.
PLA was founded in 2015 and provides audit and tax service to corporations, nonprofits and government entities. They work in the tri-state area and in the Caribbean.
“We are pleased to add PLA to the TGS family, as we believe their culture and ours are aligned,” said Marc Desjardins, President and CEO of TGS. “PLA’s presence in the New York region and in the Caribbean will be an excellent resource to our 70 TGS firms in 55 countries,” Desjardins added.

A TGS membership includes a rigorous new member vetting process. These quality control measures, and active, ongoing coaching assist firms in addressing the evolving issues facing the accounting industry.
A recent example is the network’s ESG program, which provides the tools and templates for forward thinking firms to start and grow an ESG practice. Firms learn to repurpose their audit competencies. TGS is also piloting a firm evolution program in the US called Transformation Guidance Services, with specific development areas in the six key firm operational issues.
“My partners and I are excited to take this step with TGS,” said PLA managing partner Frantzo Pierre-Louis. “Our clients will benefit from the global network. Our firm and our people will benefit equally from the guidance and quality control measures TGS provides to run a firm more efficiently,” he added. “We looked at other networks, and believe the specificity of the programs offered by TGS are like a map of the new world. We will not have to navigate unknown territory on our own,” Pierre-Louis added.
