TGS Global joins the Forum of Firms

Doing business

TGS Global confirms its commitment to the highest international standards of audit quality and the public interest as it becomes a Member of the Forum of Firms.

TGS Global, the international network of independent accounting, audit and advisory firms present across 60 countries with 4,800 professionals and $313 million in combined turnover, today announces that it has been admitted as a Member of the Forum of Firms. The Forum of Firms is an independent association of international networks of firms that assists the users of financial statements by promoting consistent and high-quality standards of financial reporting and auditing practices worldwide.

Membership of the Forum of Firms is open only to networks that demonstrate a commitment to promoting consistent audit practices, supporting international standards, and conducting rigorous globally coordinated internal quality assurance reviews.

Joining the Forum of Firms is a milestone for TGS Global and for every firm in our network. It sends a clear signal to clients, regulators and talent alike: we are serious about audit quality, we uphold international standards, and we are committed to the public interest. This membership is the natural next step in TGS’s evolution as a trusted, global professional network.

Andrew Menzies, TGS Global CEO

The Forum of Firms’ commitment to contributing to the advancement of audit quality in the public interest resonates with TGS Global’s own values. As a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact since 2017, TGS has embedded responsible business principles at the core of its operations. TGS member firms already apply policies and methodologies based, to the extent practicable, on the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) issued by the IAASB, and on the IESBA Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants, consistent with the Forum’s membership obligations.

Forum of Firms membership is the result of many years of investment in our quality framework, governance and monitoring processes. It recognises not only TGS Global's commitment, but also the dedication of every member firm to maintaining the highest standards of audit quality, ethics and professional conduct. Audit quality is not a one-time achievement for TGS Global; it is a continuous commitment that strengthens public trust and underpins the long-term success of our network.

Silvia Letang, TGS Global CFO

TGS Global has ambitious plans to grow over the next three years. Commitment to quality standards underpins this growth, ensuring that each new member firm joins a network where accountability, ethical conduct, and excellence in assurance are non-negotiable.
