The Priming Framework for Executive Coaching

Events TGS U

Beyond Training: An Executive Overview

This webinar is not a training session. It is an executive-level introduction to the why behind the framework, supported by practical examples of how the methodology can be applied in real business scenarios. Leaders will leave with a clear understanding of how the Priming Framework works, what it makes possible, and what next steps are available.

The Leadership Challenge

In an increasingly complex and fast-moving business environment, leaders are expected to deliver clarity, performance, and adaptability—often without the time to invest in their own development. On 6 May 2025, TGS will host a live webinar with executive coach Pamela Caravas, introducing a high-impact methodology designed specifically for those navigating this challenge at the top.

The 11 Pillars of Executive Performance

The session will present the Priming Framework for Executive Coaching, a model built around a core set of 11 cognitive and behavioural competencies known as the Priming Skills. These skills—ranging from inductive reasoning to strategic thinking and resilience—form the intellectual foundation required for effective, sustainable leadership.

Coaching in the Time Crunch

Pamela will also introduce the Ten-Minute Coaching Method. This is a direct application of the Priming Skills, enabling leaders to conduct short, powerful conversations that strengthen performance and accountability within their teams. It is not a standalone tool, but rather a method that becomes effective only when the foundational skills are in place. When used well, it allows firm leaders to embed coaching moments seamlessly into the day-to-day rhythm of business, and therefore save time.
