The session will present the Priming Framework for Executive Coaching, a model built around a core set of 11 cognitive and behavioural competencies known as the Priming Skills. Pamela will also introduce the Ten-Minute Coaching Method. This is a direct application of the Priming Skills, enabling leaders to conduct short, powerful conversations that strengthen performance and accountability within their teams. It is not a standalone tool, but rather a method that becomes effective only when the foundational skills are in place. When used well, it allows firm leaders to embed coaching moments seamlessly into the day-to-day rhythm of business, and therefore save time.
